Welcome to The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation & Parks Citywide Aquatics Division PLAYLA Aquatics USA Swimming Satellite. The Mission of PLAYLA Aquatics is to provide access and opportunity to competitive swimming for all ages in a diverse and inclusive program accessible to the youth in the City of Los Angeles. with the support of the LA28 olympic initiative and our partnership with USA Swimming:

PLAYLA strives to:

• Strengthen our communities through the positive development of youth in swimming
• Encourage individual and team development through goal setting, disciplined participation and performance improvement.
• Empower young people to be community champions in and out of the water for a lifetime
• Unify all the satellite teams and recognition as a quality aquatics program that teaches and trains all levels of swimmers, emphasizing individual progress, team unity and family participation.
